No presentation, failure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure time (unless otherwise authorized by Jetsborder) in possession of a valid government issued ID, and failure to board The aircraft on the crew's instructions will be treated as a no-show subject to a 100% cancellation penalty whereby you will be charged the full cost of the flight.
